Künna By Karla offers you anywhere from Hourly Services for Wedding Styling Consultation, Wedding Day of Coordinator Service - Rehearsal, to full Wedding Planning Services.



Hourly Services Minimum of three (3) hours is required at an hourly fee of $75. If traveling outside the Metro Phoenix area (Gilbert, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa) an additional 50% of hourly fee shall be prorated to travel time, and added to the minimum rate.

Wedding Styling Service Limits to a reasonable number of work hours, up to 45 hours of service starting at $3,150, in the sole discretion of Künna By Karla of pre planning, meetings and site visits with Client. Including; Design, Consulting on everything from floor plans and lighting design to the flowers, furniture, linens and attire. Assist in giving the event a cohesive, stylish, and sophisticated look. Creation of wedding design concept, provides color palette guidance, oversees decor budget and vendors (florist, rentals, lighthing, stationery), sources special props and equipment, attends a site visit to visualize where Client wants everything to go, devise a layout, and identify potential problems. Creates detailed floor plans, Ensuring all of the Decor Elements are in place on-site at the Wedding.




Wedding Rehearsal The Ceremony Rehearsal is a run-through "wedding practice" a day or two before the big Wedding Day. Depending on the size of your wedding party it can take from 30 minutes to as long as 1.5 hours. Ideally we would like to have all of the bridesmaids, parents of bride and groom, along with the DJ or live musician, although is always possible that some wedding party members, might be getting in to town later, etc. This service is based on a flat fee of $150. If you already hired us for your event, is included with the Day of Coordinator & Wedding Planning Package.




Wedding Day of Coordinator Limits to a reasonable number of work hours, up to 25 hours of service starting at $1,850, in the sole discretion of Künna By Karla. Includes assistance with Planning Event, Site Visits with Client and Execution of Event. Including; Meeting with Client anytime between four (4) to eight (8) weeks prior the Event to get a handle on what Client have previously planned. Confirms with vendors and reviews signed contracts, verifies logistics. Creates detailed timelines and floor plans, Completes final walk-through of ceremony and reception sites. Addresses any overlooked details, manages the rehearsal, oversees and executes all planned details by Client and provides damage control assistance on the wedding day.

Wedding Planning Limits to a reasonable number of work hours, between 80 to 250 hours of service starting at $4,450, in the sole discretion of Kunna by Karla, LLC. of Planning Event, Scheduling meetings, Site Visits with Client and Execution of Event. Including; Vendor referrals, contract negotiation for goods and services, scheduling and attendance of all vendor meetings. Creation of detailed timelines and floor plans. Help determine and manage budget. Attendance to site tours and menu tastings. Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details. Coordinates hotel room blocks and transportation for Guests. Manages the rehearsal. Oversees everything on the Wedding day making sure everyone adheres to the timeline, damage control, coordinates vendors at event Location including audio-visual, floral, lighthing, entertainment, food and beverage and other services as agreed by Client, for the and execution of the event.
